      • Delivered straight away

        Before you pay, you tick a box asking for your rank to be delivered straight away. That means the usual 14-day right to cancel for a change of mind ends once it's delivered.

      • 18+ or a parent's OK

        By buying, you confirm you're 18 or over, or that a parent or guardian has said yes.

      • Problems come to us first

        Ask a member of staff in game, with your PayNow receipt. We'll sort it out with you.

      Chargebacks and payment disputes can lead to a ban from Xadia. Something wrong with an order? Talk to us first so we can help.

      Every purchase is sold by PayNow Services, Inc. (the merchant of record), whose Terms of Use and Buyer Agreement apply to every purchase. None of this limits your legal rights: if something you bought doesn't work as described, consumer law still protects you.

      Questions

      Is anything here pay-to-win?

      No. Ranks are cosmetic, plus conveniences: a reserved slot, more Auction House listings, a little more claim land, vaults, /hat, /craft, and /fly in the hub only. A pet can't fight or carry.

      Never for sale: your people, hearts, gear, amber, or anything that wins fights, like healing or flying in survival.

      Do I need an account or a password?

      No. Your Minecraft name is your login: type it (Java username or Bedrock gamertag) and the rank goes to that account. There's no password to remember.

      When does my rank arrive?

      Ranks arrive within a minute while you're online, or when you next join. You don't need to do anything: the server collects it from PayNow by itself.

      Is a rank really one payment?

      Yes. You pay once and the rank is yours forever. It belongs to your account, so it carries into every season and every map reset. Ranks never renew.

      The only monthly option will be Xadia+, which says so on its card and can be cancelled any time.

      Can I upgrade later?

      Yes, and you only pay the difference. If you own Wayfarer and buy Keybearer, the checkout takes off what you already paid.

      What's the gift for everyone?

      Each time someone buys Doorwarden, every player online gets +25% amber for 30 minutes; for Ascendant it's +50%. It's for everyone on the server at the time, not only the buyer.

      What are Glints?

      Glints are Xadia's cosmetic currency, coming soon. You'll spend them in the in-game cosmetics shop on trails, halos, pets, kill effects and Ascension styles.

      Glints never buy amber, gear or anything that helps you win.

      I play on Bedrock. Can I buy?

      Yes. Choose Bedrock when you log in and type your Xbox gamertag. You don't need the dot: in game you show as .YourName, and that's the account the rank goes to.

      I'm under 18

      Please ask a parent or guardian before you buy. PayNow's checkout asks the person paying to be old enough to agree to its terms, so a parent may need to pay for you.

      Voting is free, and it earns rewards too.

      Who handles my payment?

      PayNow, a payments company for game stores. You pay on their secure checkout page, so your card details never reach this site or the server.
