This is how the Xadia store uses information about you, in plain English. The short version: we only use your Minecraft name, so you get what you buy, and we don't track you.

Who we are

Xadia is a Minecraft server run by Safa Barzani in the UK. Questions about your data, or a request to see or delete it: email safabarzani777@gmail.com. We'll reply within a month.

What we use, and why

  • Your Minecraft name (or Bedrock gamertag), when you log in to buy. It's how we find your account and give you your rank. It goes to PayNow, who check it with Mojang or Xbox.
  • Your cart and the name you typed stay in your own browser, only until you close the tab. The currency you pick is remembered in your browser too. None of it is sent to us.
  • Basic web logs. Netlify, which hosts this site, keeps your IP address and the pages asked for, for a short time, to keep the site safe and working.
  • In game, the server keeps your Minecraft name and your rank, so your perks work.

Paying

You pay on PayNow's checkout. PayNow Services, Inc. is the seller (merchant of record): they take your card or PayPal details and your email, handle tax and refunds, and send your receipt. We never see your card details. Their privacy policy explains what they do.

What we don't do

  • No cookies, no tracking, no adverts, no analytics.
  • We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
  • We don't show your name to others for buying something. The Legends wall in Rootholm only shows players who choose to be on it (/perks wall show in game, /perks wall hide to come off).

If you're under 18

Please ask a parent or guardian before you buy anything. They can contact us at the email above about your data at any time, and so can you.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
